ISMAUK is a registered international charity and the UK’s professional body for stress management, mental health and workplace wellbeing. Our mission is to help reduce stress, strengthen wellbeing and support healthier, more resilient workplace cultures across the UK and internationally. Through our campaigns, training and initiatives, we enable organisations to reduce risk, enhance performance and align with ESG expectations.

International Stress Awareness Week: Monday 2nd – Friday 6th November 2026

The theme for 2026 is:

“Shaping the Future of Stress and Wellbeing: Rehumanising the Workplace.”

International Stress Awareness Week brings national and international attention to the importance of reducing stress and improving mental wellbeing across workplaces and communities. Through a series of campaigns, events and thought-leadership activities, the week encourages employers to prioritise wellbeing and strengthen their approach to stress management.

On Wednesday 4th November, ISMAUK will host the online Global Stress & Wellbeing Summit, featuring international speakers, practitioners and leaders. The Summit will explore how organisations can rehumanise work, build healthier cultures and support sustainable wellbeing. Speaking invitations are already underway.
